Athlete Nutrition Check Up
I will help enhance your performance by teaching you to fuel properly for training and racing. You can recover from training more effectively and overall be more energetic in your everyday routine.
Check Up Includes:
-Client submits 3 day detailed food log (2 weekdays and one weekend day) along with nutrition goals
-Analysis of diet, breakdown of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fat), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), and average calories consumed per day
-Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure and an explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance
-Recommend foods to correct deficiencies
-Sample 2 day meal plan (based on your activity level, weight management or fitness/competition goals
-Fueling for workouts and recovery
-1hr phone call or 1hr with Coach Kelli (Wallingford location) to discuss nutrition plan
-2 months of limited email access to make adjustments to plan and answer questions
Cost: $345, current coaching clients $295
Customized Meal Planning:
I will write your plan based on detailed information on your activity level, body measurements, estimated resting metabolic rate and personal preferences. I will consider the way you eat currently, your lifestyle, and your personal tastes, and create a meal plan that fits the way you live. Your meal plans are designed to meet your daily calorie demands so you have the energy and focus to be more productive. At the same time, the plans ensure you’re getting the right vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, as well as the balance of carbohydrate, protein and fat, necessary for optimal health and performance.
1 week meal plan $200(current coaching clients $180) 1 month $595 ($535 current coaching clients)
Personal Consultations:
$65 per hour Nutrition Counseling via Email and/or Phone, in-person $75 per-hour (Wallingford location)
