Multisport Plans

Premier Custom Plan

This plan is for the athlete looking for a customized program and personal attention.  You and I will work closely together to build a plan uniquely suited to your goals.  This plan has limited availability to ensure each athlete has the personal attention and focus from me that they deserve.  Contact Kelli for availability.

Set-up Includes:
-Review of athlete history; set upcoming goals
-Identify strengths and areas for improvement

-Design annual training plan for training and racing

-Identify and set heart rate training zones and power zones (if applicable)


Ongoing Plan Includes:
-Customized Program to meet individual needs

-Block of workouts every 2 weeks, with adjustable schedule
-Unlimited email, weekly phone call
$225 per month, $95 start-up fee

Premium Custom Plan

This plan is similar to the Premier Custom Plan, with the difference being bi-weekly phone calls.  This plan has limited availability to ensure each athlete has the personal attention and focus from me that they deserve.  Contact Kelli for availability.

Set-up Includes:
-Review of athlete history; set upcoming goals

-Identify strengths and areas for improvement

-Design annual training plan for training and racing

-Identify and set heart rate training zones and power zones (if applicable)


Ongoing Plan Includes:
-Customized Program to meet individual needs

-Block of workouts every 2 weeks, with adjustable schedule
-Unlimited email, one phone call every two weeks
$185 per month, $95 start-up fee

Basic Custom Plan
This plan is for the athlete who still wants a customized program, but with less personal interaction than the Premier and Premium Custom Plan. 

Set-up Includes:

-Review of athlete history; set upcoming goals

-Identify strengths and areas for improvement

-Design annual training plan for training and racing

-Identify and set HR training zones

Ongoing Plan Incudes:

-Customized Program to meet individual needs

-Block of workouts every 4 weeks
-Unlimited email, 1 phone call per month

$150 per month, $95 start-up fee

 

Targeted Multisport Training Plans

These plans are for the athlete who wants to achieve their goals for a specific race.  The entire training plan is provded to the athlete at the start of the program.

16 Week Training Plan

$400 for 16 weeks, $95 start-up fee (one-time fee)


12 Week Training Plan

$300 for 12 weeks, $95 start-up fee (one-time fee)

Set-up For Each Plan Includes:

-Review of athlete history; discussion of specific race goals

-Identify strengths and areas for improvement

(Initial 1-hour phone call)

Each Plan Includes:

Program to meet individual needs

-Complete training plan with workouts
-2 emails per week

Custom Running Plan

This plan is for the athlete who wants a customized program to help reach your goals.  Great program for both the beginner and experienced runner! 

 

Set-up Includes:

-Review of athlete history; set upcoming goals

-Identify strengths and areas for improvement

-Design annual training plan for training and racing

-Identify and set heart rate training zones

Ongoing Plan Incudes:

-Customized Program to meet individual needs

-Block of workouts every 4 weeks
-Unlimited email, 1 phone call per month

$75 a month, $50 start-up fee

Personal Consultations

I will meet for a one-on-one consultation or training.  Within 10 mile radius of Wallingford, CT $75 an hour, outside radius $95 an hour.
