You and I will work closely together to build a plan uniquely suited to your goals. Targeted Multisport Training Plans These plans are for the athlete who wants to achieve their goals for a specific race. The entire training plan is provded to the athlete at the start of the program. 16 Week Training Plan $400 for 16 weeks, $95 start-up fee (one-time fee) $300 for 12 weeks, $95 start-up fee (one-time fee) Set-up For Each Plan Includes: -Review of athlete history; discussion of specific race goals -Identify strengths and areas for improvement (Initial 1-hour phone call) Each Plan Includes: Program to meet individual needs -Complete training plan with workouts
Custom Running Plan This plan is for the athlete who wants a customized program to help reach your goals. Great program for both the beginner and experienced runner!
Set-up Includes: -Review of athlete history; set upcoming goals -Identify strengths and areas for improvement -Design annual training plan for training and racing -Identify and set heart rate training zones Ongoing Plan Incudes: -Customized Program to meet individual needs -Block of workouts every 4 weeks $75 a month, $50 start-up fee Personal Consultations I will meet for a one-on-one consultation or training. Within 10 mile radius of Wallingford, CT $75 an hour, outside radius $95 an hour.
