Triathlon Start

Event Specific Running Plans
Training for a specific event and want to maximize your potential for success, this plan is for you! The entire training plan is provided to the athlete at the start of the program.
16 Week Training Plan
$200 for 16 weeks, $50 start-up fee (one-time fee)
12 Week Training Plan
$150 for 12 weeks, $50 start-up fee (one-time fee)
Initial Consultation:
-Review of athlete history; discussion of specific race goals
-Identify strengths and areas for improvement
(Initial 1-hour phone call)
-Includes Kelli’s Running Manual and Stretching Guides
